  • Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum (CGRF), TGSPDCL, have been established as per Sub-Section (5) of Section 42 of the Electricity Act 2003 and the Forum is functioning as per the provisions of 1. Electricity Act-2003 2. Regulations of TGERC 3. General Terms and Conditions of Supply of the Licensee approved by the TGERC. 4. Tariff Order issued by the TGERC.
  • The Jurisdiction of CGRF-I is Eleven Districts i.e., Jogulamba Gadwal, Mahabubnagar, Medak, Nagarkurnool, Nalgonda, Narayanapet, Sangareddy, Siddipet, Suryapet, Wanaparthy& Yadadri Bhuvanagiri containing Ten (10) Operation Circles i.e. 1.Gadwal, 2.Mahaboobnagar, 3.Medak, 4.Nagarkurnool, 5.Nalgonda, 6.Sangareddy, 7.Siddipet, 8.Suryapet, 9.Wanaparthy and 10.Yadadri
  • The Jurisdiction of CGRF-II is Four Districts i.e., Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Medchal-Malkajgiri & Vikarabad containing Ten (10) Operation Circles i.e. 1. Banjarahills, 2.Secunderabad, 3. Hyd. South, 4. Hyd. Central, 5. Rajendra Nagar, 6. Cybercity, 7. Saroor Nagar, 8. Medchal, 9. Habsiguda and 10. Vikarabad Circle.
  • Delay in attending of normal fuse off, Overhead lines/ Cable Breakdowns, Distribution Transformer failures, interruption in power supply, voltage fluctuations
  • Maintenance of Harmonics.
  • Complaints about meters i.e. meters struck up, meter burnt, sluggish and creeping
  • Delay in releasing of new services (or) additional loads (or) Deration of CMD.
  • Transfer of ownership.
  • Change of category and conversion of services.
  • Complaints about Consumers bills i.e. wrong meter reading, excess of bill, low consumption, bills not served etc.
  • Restoration of supply post payment.
  • Before approaching the CGRF for resolving their Complaints, Consumers are requested to file the grievances in the Customer Service Centers(CSC) /Integrated Customer Service Centers(ICSC)/Concerned Offices available near to them and take acknowledgement and in case they are not resolved, they may approach the CGRF for redressal.
