TRANSPORTATION:

Transport is provided in air conditioned vehicles as per request at all times. We reserve the right to utilize motor cars where larger vehicles are not justified.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT:

A deposit of 50 % of the total tour price per person is payable in advance at the time of confirmation of reservation and verbal acceptance of the quote either telephonically or via agent acting on behalf of the client.
The final payment is due at least 30 days prior to departure or as agreed by the operator per special arrangement, but definitely prior to arrival.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made, should final payment still be outstanding, in which event the deposit will be forfeited.
The full payment will still be due by the client. On cancellation an administration fee of 25% is required by client. This is at any time after the confirmation was received of booking by client and/or agent.

INSURANCE

Insurance to be taken out by potential client and will be their sole responsibility:

• Loss against stolen / lost goods.
• personal accident and medical coverage.
• Loss of deposit or demand for full payment due to cancellation.

TOUR GUIDES.

Guides appointed by African Zest tours will be taking control of all tours and their lawful requests must be obliged.

RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE.

African Zest Tours and it's associated companies and agents / guides will not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage as well as accidents , delays or any other happening in the event of the tour that is out of normal control of the operator.

No responsibility can be taken for delays of flights and /or subsequent negative effect on the client of any nature whatsoever.

Airport taxes and customs fees are excluded in all quotes.

African Zest tours does not take responsibility for expectations of clients not being met. No responsibility will be taken for misunderstanding by the client of any nature whatsoever including price, tour arrangements, itinerary , accommodation etc.

The client /duly authorized agent acknowledges to have read and accept the above terms and conditions personally and /or on behalf of the group booking.
